Discount prices for last minute bookings!
The White House at Churn Creek Golf Course may be rented for your wedding or social event for $3,000.00 on Saturdays and $2,500.00 on Sundays. This fee includes:
- The use of the outdoor lawn area known as the Portico, the East Terrace, Gazebo and the surrounding gardens and walkways
- The Bridal dressing suite with bathroom and patio
- The Groom’s dressing room with bath and covered patio
- Caterer's prep area
- The Churn Creek Golf Course restrooms
- Guest parking in the Churn Creek Golf Course paved parking lot immediately adjacent to the venue site
- Prior access to other areas of Churn Creek Golf course by the bridal party for photography purposes by appointment
- Built-in Sound system for ceremonies using the Portico; including lapel and wireless mic
- Access to venue facilities: Saturday events: 2 hour rehearsal window including basic set-up on prior day / 9 a.m. to midnight on event day with music off at 10 p.m. Sunday events have the same hours. (An arrangement for a rehearsal time during the week can be made.)
- 36 round tables (60" to comfortably seat 8); 2 round tables (48 inch)
- 250 white, padded folding chairs – traditional wedding style
- 10 white buffet tables (5 feet long) Also have several 6 and 4 foot tables
- Dance floor (21' x 21')
- Dance floor & basic table and chair set-up on day prior, parking assistance for weddings over 150, trash cans / liners / white covers/ and removal after event, break down of tables and chairs. Assistance with re-setting of ceremony area to reception set-up available.
